매우 경제적인 공급을 위해 고안된 본 플러드 경화 시스템은 PortaRay을 벤치 탑으로 장착한 모델입니다. 이 시스템은 PortaRay 휴대용 램프 헤드를 전면과 후면 UV 실드가 있는 높이 조절 가능한 플러드 스탠드에 장착되어 구성됩니다. 이 구성은 저렴한 PortaRay 램프를 고정함로써, 스마트 부품의 반복적인 고강도 경화를 수행할 수 있습니다.
램프에서 부터 경화될 부분까지의 거리는 램프 헤드를 플러드 스탠드 포스트의 적절한 높이로 밀고 램프 브래킷의 후면 손잡이를 사용하여 위치를 고정하여 조정할 수 있습니다. 플러드 스탠드에는 다양한 경화 어플리케이션과 필요한 강도를 구성할 때 경화되는 부품까지의 거리를 빠르고 정확하게 설정할 수 있는 수직 눈금을 포함하고 있습니다.
본 시스템은 강도와 전력 손실 (power dissipation), 및 가열 등 경화에 필요한 요구 사항에 맞추고자 400W 또는 600W 램프 버전으로 제공됩니다. 모든 시스템 경화 성능 및 기타 사양은 PortaRay 경화 시스템의 사양과 동일합니다.

Product Summary
This economical concentrated flood system is a benchtop mounted configuration of the PortaRay. The system consists of a PortaRay hand-held lamp head with a custom adjustable bracket, mounted on the adjustable height flood stand with front and rear UV Shields. This configuration allows the economical PortaRay lamp to be fix mounted for repeatable high intensity curing of smart parts. The distance from the lamp to the part being cured can be adjusted by sliding the lamp head to the appropriate height on the flood stand post, and fixing its position using lamp bracket’s rear side hand knob. The flood stand includes a vertical graduated scale which allows the distance to the part being cured to be quickly and accurately set when configuring various curing applications and their required intensities.
The Concentrated Flood system is available in 400 or 600 Watt lamp versions for matching intensity, power dissipation and heating to curing application requirements. Two available input voltage ranges of either 90-132VAC or 180-265VAC make the system compatible for use worldwide.
