Description

Instec의 HCS421VXY Vacuum-tight stage는 넓은 온도 범위와 분위기 제어가 중요한 애플리케이션을 위해 설계되었습니다. 이 스테이지에는 silver heating 및 cooling block이 있어 탁월한 온도 균일성 (temperature uniformity)을 갖습니다. Vacuum-tight 구성은 수분과 산화로 부터 민감한 샘플을 보호하고 동결 건조와 같은 진공 공정을 연구하도록 가스 퍼지와 저압 배출이 가능합니다.

HCS421VXY 스테이지에는 샘플 체과 프로빙을 위한 최대 8 개의 elecric feedthrough 옵션를 추가할 수 있습니다.

HCS421VXY Heating & Cooling Stage

Instec's HCS421VXY vacuum-tight stage is designed for applications where a wide temperature range is needed and control over the atmosphere is critical. This stage features a silver heating and cooling block, providing the user with exceptional temperature uniformity. The vacuum-tight configuration can be both gas purged and evacuated to low pressures to protect sensitive samples from moisture and oxygen as well as to study vacuum processes such as freeze drying.
With the HCS421VXY stage, there is also an option for adding up to 8 elecric feedthroughs for sample connection and probing.
