100 Family Electromechanical Universal Test Machines are configured to your application at an affordable price to match your budget. With the TestResources unique modular design, the 100 Series performs quasi-static tests including tensile, compression, peel, tear, shear, friction, creep, stress relaxation and cyclic. This machine is best for testing lighter loads up to 4.4 kN (1000 lbf) and at speeds up to 760mm/min (30 in/min). The 100 Family is perfect for smaller samples that need elongation less than 300 mm (12 in).
110 Family Electromechanical Universal Test Machines
Speed: 625 mm/min (25 ipm)
Force: 1.1 kN (250 lbf) to 2.2 kN (500 lbf)
- Large sample, low force test applications
- Tensile, compression, shear, flexural, peel, and tear tests
- Foam tests - Indentation Load Deflection (ILD and IFD)
- Materials and product tests
- Destructive and proof load tests
110 Family Electromechanical Universal Test Machines are configured to your application at an affordable price to match your budget. The 110 Family performs low force tests such as tensile, compression, peel-adhesion, flexural-bend, shear, tear, friction and cyclic. This system tests at loads up to 2.2 kN (500 lbf) and at speeds up to 30 ipm (760 mm/min). The 110 Family Single Column C-Type design provides double the space from the 100 Series for testing larger samples. The versatile frame works especially well for testing foam or other soft materials. With the TestResources unique modular design, load frames can be configured to your test specimen height and width requirements.
120 Family Dual Column Electromechanical Universal Test Machines
Feature: Increased test space
Force: 1.1 kN (250 lbf) to 2.2 kN (500 lbf)
- Ideal for tensile, compression, shear, flexural, peel and tear tests
- Commonly used for materials and product tests
- Destructive and proof load tests
- Foam tests - Indentation Load Deflection (ILD and IFD)
- Large sample, low force test applications
120 Family Dual Column Electromechanical Universal Test Machines are configured to your application at an affordable price to match your budget. The 120 Family performs quasi-static tests including tensile, compression, creep and stress relaxation. This system is the best for testing at lower forces up to 1.1 kN (250 lbf) in repetitive test applications. The dual column design provides increased space between columns for testing large samples or inside chambers. With the TestResources unique modular design, load frames can be configured to your test specimen height and width requirements up to 40 in. in width.
