본 시험은 ㈜연진에스텍의 Texture Analyzer (모델 TXA™-Micro-Precision)을 이용해 Compression mode에서 0.1 mm/sec 속도로 hydrogel 샘플을 압축시험하여 Stress/Strain에 의한 Young’s Modulus와 ΔStress/ΔStrain에 의한 Tangential Modulus를 측정 분석하였다.
