Description
Instec의 TS102GXY / TS102VXY는 열전 (Peltier) 기반 Hot /cold stage로 액체 질소 또는 순환 냉각기를 사용하지 않고도, -40 °C까지 냉각 할 수 있는 gas-tight / vacuum-tight 기능을 제공합니다. 이는 시스템 셑업이 단순하고 운영비를 줄이며 저온에서 장기간 실험을 수행하는 데 편리합니다.
- TS102GXY는 진공이 필요하지 않을 때 분위기를 제어하기 위한 저렴한 옵션입니다.
