SAMPLE INTRODUCTION

OVEN

• -90 ºC에서 490 ºC에 이르는 넓은 온도 범위를 갖는 성능과 낮은 열관성의 오븐. 열관성은 구멍이 있는 오븐 벽에 의해 크게 낮아집니다.
• 매우 빠른 가열과 냉각 속도: 450ºC에서 50ºC까지 300초 이하
• PID 온도 제어.
• 온도 분해능: 0.01ºC, 16bit ADC. 0.1ºC까지 정확하게 디스플레이.

APPLICATIONS

Chromatographic separation of FAME’S

FAMEs were separated using a KAP-CN100 column (100% cyanopropyl polysiloxane phase), which is excellent for resolving FAMES (cis-trans-isomers), derivatised sugars, PCBs and dioxins. The GC-EI-MS chromatogram, showing good separation of the compounds, was obtained with this column, even allowing cis/trans separations.
