Hall Effect measurment system HP1000V-MPSH // INS2408589 DESCRIPTION
This unique Hall Effect measurment system combines precision temeprature control from rt to 1000°C with a vacuum-tight chamber and external micromanipulated probers to create a powerfull tool for extreme-environment material characterization. Integrated water cooling channels connect to a recirculating chiller to keep the probe station frame cool during operation, even while holding at 1000°C for extended durations.
Supporting material and singulated device samples up to 20mm x 20mm, INS2408589 includes a 0.5T permanent magnet and 4x DC probers (coaxial or triaxial), making it ideal for testing wide-bandgap semiconductors or novel materials.
An optical window provides a full view of the sample for probe landing via an optional digital microscope system, after which the microscope is easily rotated out of the way to accomodate the permanent magnet.
The INS2408589 is compatible with a wide range of measurment tools, including Lakeshore's M91 Fasthall controller, giving you the flexibility to choose a new instrument which bests suits your needs or utilize existing hardware.
