The GD7269-13 fixture meets the requirements of ASTM D7269 for tensile testing of aramid yarns. Yarn samples are fixed by pneumatic grips with up to a 2 kN gripping force. The 180 degree wrap angle allows the use of the GD7269-13 for yarns of linear density up to 10000 decitex (9000 denier).
